Absolutely terrible service department. This dealership is a disgrace. Ive been waiting on a driveshaft for my Cadillac for 13 days!! Ive been back and forth with this dealership since the beginning and every person that works there is not knowledgeable whatsoever. After they realize they made mistakes, they refused to do service on my vehicle! Still no part either! They promised to do the work that was quoted and and 13 days later they tell me theyre not going to perform the work and put my CTSV out front of their shop. Its an absolute disgrace and this dealership should be ashamed of themselves. Ive waited 13 days for a part that never came and now theyre refusing to do the service! How do you put a customer in a situation like that!? The general manager is JB and is by far the worst customer service person Ive ever worked with. I have videos of him cussing at me and so forth because of me calling him out on mistakes that were made! Here I am stuck paying a hotel every night while they still have no solution for me. I would strongly recommend everyone to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They obviously dont care about their customers.

Everything started off well. People were nice and friendly and they got me a great financing rate. The truck i happen to be purchasing was in great shape...or so i thought, and first impressions and test drive were fine. The truck is used but supposedly multipoint inspected and serviced by Riverton. Once I left, the problems started. First thing was the whole front axle completely disintegrated. I made it back to Minnesota (where i live) but the front end was completely ground to pieces. I though ok things happen, benefit of the doubt i guess. Repair bill was 3600.00 and some change. Warranty purchased through Riverton helped but i still had to pay the 250 dollar deductible (completely understandable) and 600 dollars of labor they said they just would not cover (really not acceptable). Also during this time, i did some servicing of my own, come to find out, the fuel filter was old, oil was old, even the transmission fluid hadnt been touched. No service or multipoint inspection here as far as Im concerned. Truck is fine for about 1000 miles. Then i get a check engine light, no problem, buy myself a code reader find its the EGR valve (one of them). Bring it back to Riverton, they check same issue. Except the repair bill from them is 3700.00 and change. Ohh and the warranty doesnt cover that particular part conveniently. The Service person I dealt was was very friendly and a very nice person. I had a good conversation with her. I just think that after mentioning that i had already had to do work on the truck along with my new supposed 3700 repair bill they would be more willing to help out than just a smile and the bill. As a side note here, the truck has been in the shop more than on the road. My summary of Riverton so far besides the high purchase price for a premium used vehicle (my choice alone), is that when your repair bills within 1 month of owning the vehicle equal almost a third of the purchase price, i would hope a dealer would be willing to help more. This is why the 2 star rating. Also I can not particularly recommend Riverton to anyone nor will I be a future customer. Also in all fairness I am not a pushy person which may be part of my failing here.
