Not a company we will ever be doing business with again! We spent over 2 months trying to get our parts, phone calls and voicemails were not returned. When we did speak with the supervisor we were told parts were on the way multiple times, however they could not provide a tracking number. When we did get our complete order it was missing half of the parts. We had to fight for over a month to even get any answers. Eventually, we were told we would be getting a credit for the missing parts (that we were told had shipped) and excessive delay. A week went by and no credit was issued. We called back and the credit promised dropped $45 dollars. We had to go elsewhere to get the parts we were told had shipped, without getting a full credit. The lies told, excuses made, and poor customer service can only be excused so many times. Buyers beware!

Worst peaple I ever did business with. The owners daughter Lisa is a liar. The owner himself Paul Krause is a angry older man who cheated me out of $8000. What's sad is he could care less. I have a wife and 3 kids.
