FINALLY!!! After 2 years and 8 service visits later, my turn signal issue is an issue no more. Thank You to the service man/woman who finally, after all this time Got it Right!! Now if we can get the 2nd issue resolved...I'll give the last 2 stars!!
Bad customer service. The service department doesnt approach you in a welcoming manner and when you approach them its as if you are bothering them. Last time stepping foot in there.
I had a very positive experience with Flag Chevrolet yesterday. I had driven many miles over the lease i had been in and they laid out all the options and helped me fix a bad situation.
1) person on phone said Id be in and out in 1hr, ended up being there for 5 hours. 2) person assisting me didnt know much about the vehicle 3) as soon as I left the dealership, I got a notice that my key was on low battery
