Took my truck in to have tires installed and an alignment done, dropped off at 845 since my appointment was at 9 and was told it'll be done by lunch. Didn't get it back till the next day. Then after I go to pick it up they tell me the tie rod ends and steering stabilizer are shot but still did the alignment knowing it would have to be done again after its fixed, would've been nice to have a phone call saying hey it needs this and maybe i would've said just do it. Any tech knows that if there is loose front end parts that you don't do an alignment. Last thing is the steering wheel is off center just how it was when I dropped it off which tells me they didn't do the alignment correctly or the wheel would be straight. Maybe they'll make it right but maybe they won't. Wouldn't recommend.
