Just got my windows tinted and they look great. I later looked down and saw that my solar eclipse glasses weren't where I last put them. I thought maybe the workers had removed them while they tinted and I called Soundproof to ask if this had occurred. I'm not sure who I was talking to but they were unbelievably rude. I had in no way accused them of stealing anything from me, there was no reason to respond as unprofessionally as they did. I won't be returning to Soundproof due to such poor customer service.

Walked in, no one at the counter do we look around. Wait a few minutes. 2 guys walk out from the back and talk to a guy waiting. One guy looks at us, but doesn't acknowledge us. No "be with you in a minute", no nothing. They both just left. The whole experience felt unnecessary considering we just needed a radio. Terrible service, at least at the counter. I can't say for their actual service because we didn't make it that far. In their defense, we hear good things, but they should improve their service to the client.

Wow! Went in because my car stereo, mirrors on the outside of my cr, clock and USB controls would not work in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra, i took my car to Hyundai they couldnt find the problem said i May have to replace my entire system, took it to Autozone checked every fuse that was necessary and i get to this Amazing place and met Larry he took the time and came out to help me figure out the small stuff before they actually took my stereo out and he found the fuse that had blown in just 15minutes LOL i was like O MY GOSH after a week being without my music and being up since 8am trying to figure out what is wrong!! Larry customer service was 100% Im sooo glad i went to this shop and met Larry, everyone was very patient and kind i recommend everyone to this shop in all of the Atlanta metro area!!! Thank you Larry!!!!

Hi, Mr. DJones you are definitely reviewing the wrong store, if not the accusations you making are totally ABSURD! We pride ourselves on our customer service and for the rest of your review I will not even respond because these accusations do not apply to my business WHAT SO EVER. I have checked my system and do not find you in it anywhere, we have never worked on your car. Either you have made a mistake and reviewed the wrong business or you are working for a competitor (BB) making false statements and slanderous comments attempting to damage my business. Please give me a call asap (Larry) 770-920-0077 to discuss your issue. UPDATE - - Hi Mr. Jones , if you insist we worked on your car can you provide some proof ( invoice, date, time, a different name it could be under) we have 32 cameras that record audio and video all the time from multiple angles. The fact that you are making all these accusations and I have yet to hear from you leads me to believe this is a bogus review meant to damage our reputation. You are responsible for the words you publish here and can be held responsible if they are proven to be false. If you truly had an issue with something we did or didn't do we have the audio and video recorded to clear up this matter. We have been in this business for 28 years not because we rip people off , it's because we always do the right thing and take care of our customers. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OH AND YES I AM REVIEWING THE RIGHT BUSINESS EVERYTHING I AM WRITING IS THE TRUTH. These people have no customer service skills what so ever they are very deceptive with their prices when it comes to prices for tinting windows or installing a sound system it mainly depends on the color of your skin that is basically what the prices depend on. If I I could give 0 stars I would. I went here to get my windows tinted and I came out with parts stolen off my car and also my back window defroster not working now I am left with another issue with my vehicle caused by these people . This place is horrible PLEASE STAY AWAY HEED MY WARNING. They are all about a dollar and that is it the quality of work is not good you should go some where else for quality work and better customer service . I wish I could have gone somewhere else horrible, horrible experience will never go back here again.
