I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews before I took my Jeep for service. The technicians are truly incompetent , and the service manager, Bill , is quite unprofessional. I took my Jeep in for a brake caliper recall service and oil change. During the visit, it was determined that in addition, the axle seals were leaking and pads/rotors needed to be replaced. After the work was done, I noticed that there was a leak. My husband and I called and left 5 messages that went unreturned. Several were left for Bill Winters, the service manager. On my 6th call, I was able to reach a service person and took the car back in. Was told that during the work, the tech ACCIDENTALLY CUT INTO THE AXEL SHAFT and then sent the car home with us!!!!!!! The axel assembly was replaced. When the service rep told me this, I explained that the leak was not coming from the rear of the car, where that axel was cut. She told me that the tech had communicated that if I wanted to find out why the front was leaking, they would have to charge me for a diagnostic service!!! The leak is coming from the oil pan.......which has started since they did a simple oil change. I will be taking the car somewhere else today and paying another charge to fix an issue which they have clearly caused. But I just don't trust their ability to work on the vehicle and this is a car that my son uses for college far from home. During the visit, I was told that my battery died, which has never been a prior problem. When I picked up the car, the "check engine", "tire pressure" and "check oil" lights are all present, which were also never a problem before this visit. Also, was charged over $500 over the original estimate. Larry Winter, the GM was very helpful in working with us to resolve the billing issue, and was the only saving grace to this location. Keep in mind that the GM and Service Manager have the same last name, so if you have problems there with service, the confidence you might feel in going to the GM becomes a bit cloudy. Terrible experience there, start to finish.

My wife and I were walking the lot looking at multiple cars while 4 salesman sat in a golf cart. When we got close to them they all walked inside and came back out as soon as we walked away. Walked toward two other sales man and were about to start a conversation and they walked away from us. We didn't even bother going in we just left.
