They cant get anything right on the first try it seems. They tinted the windows on my previous car, and I had to return three different times afterwards due to peeling, air bubbles, and one incorrectly cut window. On my current car, a factory accessory installation was subcontracted to them by the dealership. Freddie Louis made a mess of reinstalling the interior trim, requiring a second visit to get it right.
Called for a week straight, no answer . Gps it , and go there Walk in and granted the secretary is with someone, but at least say something....stood there for 10 mins listening about 3 kids and there ages and eating habits...lmao. not acknowledged once , walked out
Simply the best auto accessory and tint shop in North Alabama Hands Down! Always professional service. Always courteous staff. Always a spotless shop. The customer experience here vs any other window tint shop I have every been to is night and day difference. I have had 3 cars tinted here - about to have a 4th and wouldn't consider another shop for a second.
Definitely would NOT recommend. Terrible experience. Your vehicle will be worse than when you left it to them. It will smell, your tint won't be done correctly, and a component or two will be broken. Only went back because the dealership recommended them several years ago when I was new to the area and the first time, the tint was done decently. These people are also anti-maskers. No one at the office was wears a mask nor do the technicians or whatever they're called. 1. Called in mid-Dec. to schedule an appointment in January. Little did I know the woman whom I spoke with didn't enter me in the system. I called to reschedule my appointment and that's how I found out I wasn't even scheduled to begin with. See...they can't even operate their scheduling system. 2. They lied and told me my car would be ready in 3 hours, when it would really take 8 hours. If I hadn't called to check, my car would probably still be there, pending inspection (which they can't even do that right, more to come on that). See...they can't even estimate. 3. When I did get my car back, I found out that they broke a cap off my gear shift. Of course, they didn't say anything about it. They just put it in my drink holder. I had to go purchase super glue to put it back on (since that was the cheapest option). Then, my car stunk to high heavens. It smelled like a skunk and several musty (or perhaps people who don't believe in bathing) people had been in the car. You can't tell me that tint smells that terrible. Plain ridiculous. It took burning incense, spraying tons of disinfectant, air freshener, and perfume to "almost" get this terrible odor out. 4. To say they inspected the tint, they sure did a terrible job. It was at night when I got my car so I couldn't really see it until the next day. There are several flaws such as where the tint tore at the edges. It was bubbles and the tint looked like dirty mirrors that need to be cleaned with Windex, which I had to do. But I guess this is the experience you get for free 99 (which they couldn't even quote me a price among inquiry). I'm going to have to get a second opinion elsewhere. Don't take your vehicle here. Go elsewhere. Anybody can do better than them. I wish I knew how to tint. *BTW, they most likely won't read this review.
