Hi, this is Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Bayside New York and we have been working to get this review removed as it is being attributed to our dealership here in New York rather than the Chrysler Dodge Jeep in D'lberville. We just wanted to make that distinction as this negative review is being focused on the wrong dealership.

Chrysler Dodge Jeep in D'Iberville is absolutely horrible. They will lie to you and then turn around and lie to the BBB to make themselves look better. The did NOT repair my car engine and they charged me $800 to steam clean the interior and then claimed that the steam cleaning was "authorized repairs."

Do yourself a favor and check out "Are car dealers charging for unnecessary car repairs?" on google. The Today show did a report and found Bayside to be a complete ripoff. They tried to scam $2k for a repair that should cost $100.

"Percy" is one of our senior sales consultants and always goes above & beyond what is expected to make a customer's transition into a new vehicle a smooth and pleasant one. warning!!! do not go there, dont waist your time guys. this people dishonest, their sales people do not even know about this cars... was dealing with guy name MORSI, he was going back and forth with different numbers . each time price on cherokee was only going up for me. i went there on third day and finaly we agry on their price, guees what... 30 min later some new idiot comes back with redicilos new offer from them. of course they lost a deal, but not only that, i will make sure i will tell all my people to stay away from this place!!
