I went in to see the new Honda Accord and was pressured a lot to go test drive even though I stated I simply wanted to look at the car. When I am ready to purchase a Honda, I will go out of my way to purchase from another dealership.

Why Google couldnt let ys give 0 star? My family and i were cash in hand ready to purvhase a Honda, so called in to Sierra Honda because it was the nearest one at that moment. I simply just asked do they habe the model and color availability, a guy put me on hold to check their system. After few seconds, he didnt answer my questions at all and just asked my name and my number said ill call you back asap. My family and i were really waiting for him call back for 20 minutes, but he didnt. End all, we take our business to Diamond Honda, they have great customer service and they have lifetime powertrain warranty. Thanks Sierra Honda made my family purchase the car at Diamond Honda.

I just bought a new car here, and the experience was amazing. I called a bunch of dealers to get quotes by phone... some dealers try to sweat you when you ask for a quote by phone or refuse to give you an out the door price. The guys here gave me an out the door price quickly and without hassle, and after shopping around, Sierra was by far the best price. Saatara was the dealer I dealt with and he was very responsive and courteous. I also asked for a rare and unique color/spec combo, and the folks here worked hard to track down the car at another dealer and have it sent over. They kept me informed throughout the process, and tracked the combo down even though other dealers said I'd have to get that custom ordered. Once all was set by phone, coming in to the dealer to seal the deal was really smooth. We came shortly before closing, and they stayed in late to help finalize all the paperwork and patiently answer all the questions that a typical new car buyer had. I kept waiting for some moment when they'd try to tack on some extra charges or fees besides the out the door price they quoted, but thankfully they didn't do any of that. These guys are great!
