Horrible customer service. I called to schedule a pickup for Saturday. On Friday I received a call that the car would be picked up that day. Someone called after the pickup window to say they were running late and would I prefer them to come later or Saturday morning. I agreed to Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and went with a no call no show.

Had to Junk my old car. Chad was the driver that came. He helped me get into the trunk which was stuck shut. I offered him a tip but he refused to take it. He was very helpful and understanding. I was very blessed by his kindness and professionalism.
