I'm honestly not sure where to begin. First off, at least half of the reviews on this page are from the staff members themselves. Jeremy Adams is the team leader for Patrick Davis. I doubt they are buying cars from each other. Anyway, I've spent at least 8 hours in this dealership over a three day period, and I'm still not driving the car I signed on 6 days ago. If there was any way to cancel a deal, I would have 3 days ago. I've since found a better price on a newer model with fewer miles, but I'm stuck since the papers have already been signed. At least I like the car, but i will NOT be a repeat customer of EDDY'S, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I really didn't have a problem with the dealership until today. I think I got a decent deal on my new truck, my problem is the way me and my wife got treated after we bought the truck. I traded in a truck on my new one, and as of today almost 3 weeks later its still not paid off. So, today my wife and I learned we made another payment on a truck I haven't drove in almost 3 weeks, and I still get to make a payment on the new one. When I called and asked why, I was basically treated like a thief, and so rudely, that almost blew a gasket on the girl that was talking to me like I was a 8 year old, but instead I asked to speak to manager, she kept trying to talk over me, but eventually she said would connect me, then I was hung up on. Then my wife called the dealership finance guy, and asked why it wasn't paid off by the 5th of this month like they had said, he basically called her a liar, and said they never give dates. Between getting lied to, talked to like a criminal, I think its safe to say, eddys dodge, could care less about customer service after the sale, next time I will take my business to parks dodge dealership.

This dealership is different! A lot of the sales staff are super entertaining and fun. They knew a lot about the different cars I was comparing my new Chrysler 300 to. Buying a car should be fun and these guys made it that way. I did a lot of the deal over the phone since we are so busy and couldn't seem to make it buy during the week after work. No other dealership was willing to work with me the way that they did. They really do beat other dealerships offers! On Saturday we showed up to get our vehicle and it was pretty seamless. We were in and out in a few hours with the test drive included. WE LOVE our NEW 2014 Chrysler 300. It is the nicest car we have ever had and be far the easiest buying experience we have ever had.

My son just purchased a new car from Eddy's. Since we live out of town, they offered to deliver the car, which they did. NO FLOOR MATS. NO EXTRA KEY. NO OWNER'S MANUAL. The delivery man stated that he was "sure" they would make it right and send those items. THEY DID NOT! In fact, they told my son that they would have "no further communication" with him, and were done. If you deal with them, don't sign a thing, don't give them a dime until you have what you want, and DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!
