That service is not worth 10$ . My car is not clean every were is water inside the car I never go beck that place. Car is not clean and I bring my car and pay for be clean. Terrible service and I dont recommend it to nobody

Took money out of ashtray. Said it was accidentally vacuumed up. Hmm, if they new that then why did they not retrieve it. My bad for leaving the $$ in there. It was going to be the tip. A week later they said they found it and gave it back. No explanation. They don't do the best job cleaning the interior either. There are plenty of other places to go!

I've been going to Bubbles for years and because of their location and convenience, I'd been willing to overlook their lack of detailed cleaning until today. I have had two "mystery" scratches on my rear fender for quite awhile with no idea where they came from. Today, there are new "mystery" scratches after a wash at Bubbles. They pulled me inside to show me video of an employee waving to the camera to identify the original scratches, before it went into the wash. I said yes, there were two original scratches but that doesn't explain the new ones. They showed me a wash cycle that proved nothing; either way. I left with nothing resolved, new scratches on my car and a very uncomfortable feeling. I will never go there again.
