Had my vehicle going on 4 weeks and it is still not completed. Mind you, it isn't even a mechanical problem. Also the loaner they provided is not comparable to my vehicle and is extremely too small for my needs.

Had another great service experience at LRN/Jaguar. Their new office is great, and they had my oil change completed (and a spotless car ready) in record time. Great team to work with, and the new online service scheduling is great!
