Hey Fred, I have updated this review to reflect your interaction with Zip at Carlisle, PA this year towards our sales person Daniel. We dont appreciate you, or anyone, being aggressive or abusive to any of our employees and will not continue to work with anyone who is. We are still waiting on you to send your part back to us as of 9/4/2019. Please feel free to update your review. Thank you.
Mr. Imbrie, We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order for the Corsa Exhaust System. Unfortunately because of COVID, a lot of exhaust companies are dealing with issues in regards to raw materials which is causing much longer delays than we are accustomed to. Also, the reason you paid up front is because it was a dropship. Unfortunately we have only passed along the information that Corsa is giving us. If they told us April previously, that is the information we communicated at the time. I know some customers are hesitant to cancel an order, because they will lose their spot in line once things return to normal. It's unfortunate that we all just have to wait right now, if that's the system you really do want. By all means we can cancel the order and refund you the full amount of the order. Just let us know if that is what you would like to do. Please call me, JT directly at: 1-800-962-9632 extension, 247. Thanks for contacting us. Please let us help resolve this issue for you. Take care.

I ordered Corsa exhaust from Zip back in January. They told me delivery would be in April. Then May. Now it's June and I still can't get a straight answer from them. I understand the supply chain problems, but come on people, if you can't fill the order in 6 months then you shouldn't have taken my money in the first place.
Wow. Thanks JB! This is an awesome review. Thank you so much for the kind words, and letting everyone reading this know just how we operate. It really says a lot that you continue to give us your business and your fellow Car Club members choose us as well. We are so happy to remain an active member of the Corvette community. We really love to help Corvette owners with any level of project they may have. Thanks for the review and come see us whenever you can! We will be here for you. Thanks!

Online, over the phone, or in person, Zip has Corvette knowledgeable and friendly people, and a large selection of Corvette parts and accessories to choose from. I have a C2 and a C6, they offer products for all Corvette generations. I've been to Zip at least once a year for a decade or more. Outside of Richmond, my Corvette club uses Zip as a stop on a Corvette Cruise. Everyone seems to walk out with a new tshirt. I give Zip Corvette 5 stars.
Hey Tom! Wow! Simply the best! That's one awesome review. We really appreciate the kind words. We have always and will continue to support all Corvette Clubs the best we can. We consider all of you true friends as well. Thank you for all the support!

Zip Corvette is simply the best. For years they have gone out of their way to support and sponsor our Corvette Chapter / Club, have been true friends and have been a great source for restoration parts. Thanks
We fully understand the frustration on having to wait for a part. Sometime the length of time it takes to get the part built and shipped depends on items that we may be waiting for to complete the build. Our goal is to keep built trailing arm in stock, however, we've had difficulty finding both usable cores and maintaining stock of build components. I'm sorry for the delay in shipping your rebuilt arms. As for the core charge being returned - there is a process that must be taken into account. Each trailing arm core has to be completely disassembled, cleaned and then each rebuild part is fully inspected to make sure that it meets our standard. We do not give back the core deposit until the inspection; this process ensures that all the components used for the rebuilding of the next trailing arm meet a high standard. The last thing that we want as a company is to provide a substandard item in a critical position such as the rear wheel bearing assembly. While this doesn't take a week to process; we tear down all of these trailing arms at a single time to ensure that our rebuild area is not contaminated. Our average lead time for teardown is 3-5 days. We appreciate your review and the opportunity to respond. There is always something more that can be done to help meet our customer's expectations for both timely and quality components. We will review our processes to determine if there is way to become more efficient to eliminate as much of the downtime as possible. Thank you for your purchase, I am sorry that it did not go as well as you or we had hoped, but we will make every effort to do a better job.

Wow..what can I say..the worst experience I've had getting corvette parts. I ordered 2 trailing arms for a c3. They told me 7-10 days. A month later I called. They said that they lost my information and need it again. ..wth? Now ihave replaced and returned the cores. Its been a week and they dont know if they have them and need to look at them before I get my core charge back........ so...dont buy anything here unless you want to deal with incompetence and excuses.
