Service department needs more training in dealing with there customers . Response time is lacking. No explanation on why a oil change takes over 2 hours and they dont even keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. Also would help if you inform your customer when you find something wrong with there vehicle while under service.
My car was serviced on Friday at 8am. I didnt know that my car had to stay until the next day until I called at 4:45pm..of course I had to make provisions because I thought I was getting my car back. Of course on Saturday the shuttle guy was off. I had a list of concerns when I scheduled my appointment. The main one was that my check engine light came on for two days but was off when I went to the dealer on Friday. I'm not sure but the person whom I told my issues didnt put it down because I said it went off. I really dont know but all I know my check engine light is back ON today which is Monday.
After my encounter with this location I felt compelled to review. Unprofessional service. Called to inquire if service I needed required an appointment or walk-in. Was rudely left on hold not once but twice;decided to call Reedman but inadvertently redialed Caitlin. They answered this time.I asked if this was Reedman- he said no it was Caitlin. I made them aware that I was rudely left on hold not once but twice. Attitude noted was as if he could care less that this occured and made me aware that Reedman was their "sister" company. Thanks for that bit of info. I now plan to spend my hard earned dollars & get serviced @ another Jeep dealership.. There is no place for rudeness when it comes to customer service.
