The service department is really shady. They "lost" my mother's lugnut lock so she couldn't take her vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. She had no idea and dropped her truck off at her regular service station for brakes because they're bare and now Kia is telling her she has to drive this truck, with no brakes in the snow so they can use their "master set"to unlock the tires for her. She would then need to drive the truck with no brakes in the snow, with one lugnut off of each tire back to her service station to get the work done. This is unsafe, wreckless and SHADY!!!! I am personally filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as we speak. Utter nonsense.
The most horrible place I've ever encountered!!!!!!!! The guy called me a lazy piece of poop. If you have a paint gun I suggest shooting the place up....

They pulled the old bait and switch. Just as we were about to sign for a good deal on a 3 year old optima, the manager popped up and said it was just sold. Mind you, we were the only ones there. He was "kind enough" to recommend a brand new car to us for a mere $6,000 more.
