After many years of owning and servicing my Maserati at this Katy location, I am forced to put a poor review owing to inability of Helfman Maserati to understand what true luxury, lifestyle and experience is all about. I guess they are used to mass cars like dodge Chrysler etc. and have completely failed in creating what they aspire for..that is a luxury experience eponymous with a name like Maserati. I have had trouble with Serivce quality, basic errors and then horrific time trying to get loaners and cars when I put in my car for warranty and/or service. Cant believe how Miserly can Helfman be not to have more loaners and more qualified service staff to take care of their customers. Only exception in recent time has been Jacob Brooke, Service Manager who has been professional and efficient. I hope my remaining time with Helfman Maserati experience gets better, because if it doesnt that may be the single reason I will never buy a Maserati again in Houston because of having to deal with Helfman Maserati.

If you want to be disrespected by a staff, make sure you contact this place. Dealing with million dollar business, but they dont know how to deal with customer or potential customer!
Jose Hernandez has leased me two different Maseratis and has been excellent. Responsive and listens to what you are wanting. Able to work a great deal!

I called yesterday and whoever this dealership have answering the phones are terrible. They didn't even let me finish talking. As soon as they heard parts in my sentence they transferred me to parts. Luckily I did need to speak to someone in parts but I just thought it was very disrespectful the way those girls in the front answer and transfer calls . I work at a dealership as well and I do the exact same job those girls do and I would have never gave that phone etiquette that girl did. On the other hand, the person that helped me out in parts was WONDERFUL and very helpful.
