If you are wanting to do a memorial shirt I do not recommend them. Loss is already hard enough and when you want a nice memorial shirt for the service the staff are rude. We were sent proofs that looked nothing like the finished product. The staff do not have any sort of empathy or sympathy it is all about the money for them which I understand but they need to learn some common decency when dealing with customers that have just experienced the loss of a loved one. I will say they were at least decent enough to refund all the money, but even when they decided to do that they done it with bad attitudes and were not apologetic at all.
