Took in my car for some recalls that were due on them and all the staff were friendly took care of me very fast, too bad after i went. To pick up the car found a huge scratch on the rear passenger door and now i have to buff and polish the whole section and on some parts of the car it looks as thought some animal was using it as a scratching post, i am very disappointed with my first dealer experience.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealer. I went in for a radio exchange, a wiper motor going bad and a blower resistor going bad again in the HVAC system. Just to get diagnosed was $200 per each item, which probably took them about 30 mins since already told them the issues. It gets better! Instead of using some of this money to move forward in pricing. to fix the motor on the wipers and the resistor they wanted another $1500.00 on top of the $600.00 I called another small guy in PH and I am picking up my truck today for a total of 650.00. To top it off after I posted my original review above the dealer service manager called me and offered a refund in the amount of $200.00, admitting their pricing was high, basically. I asked for $300.00 to which she agreed. HOWEVER! ,here is the catch. the refund is in future Service from this dealer. Why would I do that so I can go get robbed again? Please people veer away from these dealers and keep the small guys in business. This is absurd because they are a dealer and in Walnut Creek they think $200.00 is ok?! You would have thought I owned a Land Rover or Mercedes at this pricing.
