Every other person there tells you a different story, management is incompetent. They try to lure you in with the good price quote and then start playing games. The car you looked at and agreed to buy all of the sudden becomes already sold etc. Their handling of the CARS program is terrible, they do not understand the requirements and make people jump through hoops and loops unnecessarily. And they don;t care about customers time either, will make you wait long hours or come back the next day, and finally not sell you the car for the price they promised in the beginning.

Very friendly staff, Dj Wilson was my sales associate, he was willing to do whatever he could to take my old car off my hands and to work out a down payment & monthly payments that i could afford.
