Make sure if you take it for service that they actually look at the problem and don't "brush it off". The service advisor accused me of spilling "something sticky" into the electronic brake switch. Neither the service tech nor the service advisor even looked at the brake switch to find the reason it wasn't moving freely. They just wanted to spray window cleaner between the switch and the console. I had to find the very small stone (very visible if you actually looked) that was preventing the switch from moving freely myself and remove it with a pen tip.
Will never be returning to a recommending South Park Mitsubishi to anyone ever again. In order to get my vehicle inspected, they felt it due to sludge in the motor, supposedly, and only gave me an option at the end to try to trade it in. However I took it to another Mitsubishi garage and was informed that sludge cannot fail an inspection, the vehicle would have to throw three or more errors, which it is not, and the error that it is getting is for a camshaft out of the sink with the crankshaft and that just needs the timing chain to be replaced and the cams to be resynced. This part is also under warranty. It was fixed by this other Mitsubishi dealer and is running Tip Top with the current state inspection. I will be going there from now on if I need anything serviced on my Outlander Sport.

Brian was very knowledgable about the Mitsubishi Outlander that I purchased and was able to walk me through all the details including how to utilize Apple Car Play. Customer service very bad! The internet prices are completely different from the price when you go at the place!
