The only reason theyre getting a 1 is because i cant say 0. Save yourself the time, MONEY, and frustration & take your vehicle somewhere/ANYWHERE else to be serviced. I have been having issues with my jeep and took it there multiple times they kept it for days and weeks at a time just for them to say it was fine and take my money. They did not listen to what issue was actually occurring even though i provided videos of the issue actively happening. They still claimed to not find anything just for it to happen DAYS later after picking my vehicle up. When attempting to find out what services they actually provided they refused to speak with me to explain and when asked to speak with a manager they claimed they didnt have one? When asked to speak with the guy who worked on the vehicle he REFUSED to speak with me to explain what was really done? I have NEVER been treated this way and was beyond disgusted. My recommendation, go anywhere else.
