I recently purchased a replacement LR grab handle and the plastic hinged screw cover panel snapped at the hinge point the first time it was closed to cover the head of the screw. So sent a message to BML explaining what had happened and was shocked at their response - Hi We send a brand new Genuine part. Its your problem, we cant do anything. Thanks . Say no more ..

Very poor customer service, Im waiting for a refund for over a month and they keep saying its Paypals fault. Dealing with this people is a complete hassle, do not waste you time\money\patience.
