I have bought from them on two occasions. They would not negotiate AT ALL; and the second time I was buying two vehicles! Both times they kept twisting things around to make it sound like they were negotiating! (multiple times I was told "I'm going to go talk to my manager." and this happened on both the 2016 and 2020 purchases) It was unfortunate that they had exactly what I needed/wanted and I was in a bind as my previous car was totaled. I know, I should have just walked out! I love KIAs but will never by from Shottenkirk again ~ ever! KIA service is good, but it's usually quite a wait.. Sales department leaves A LOT to be desired!

Went in for warranty work on my Kia and they were very accommodating initially- mechanics looked at my vehicle and said yes under warranty and let's schedule for repair next Friday. But when I left I immediately noticed a LOUD grinding from my rear brakes! I turned around and explained it didn't sound like this when I came in- Joe Roffee sent the mechanic out with me and he immediately went to my rear passenger tire and said oh look you need new rotors! Something happened miraculously to my rear rotor from the time I parked my car at their lot to the time I drove out! (Two weeks prior to this my local mechanic told me I had about 6months before I needed to think about new brakes and rotors) It was so obvious this was a scam I told them to cancel my appointment and wanted this looked into. I called several times and Joe never called me back. RIP OFFS! They saw I had warranty work to be done and decided to push regular maintenance to up their $$!
