Sorry for the inconvenience and no satisfaction, But extreme alarms did your initial installation is what you stated and wires were going every where & were crossed in multiple areas. We properly diagnosed the issue. Glad your alarm is fixed. Have a nice day.

Hi Kevin, Fact of the matter is we upfront told you that there was very minimal info on this vehicle, so we would try our best with all of our knowledge and you agreed that it was ok and you told us you understand that if it didnt work out at the end you wouldnt be upset because we advised you up front before we touched the vehicle, you insisted you wanted a remote start Alarm so we proceeded. It didnt work out in the end thats why we refunded everything back to your card in full and we also paid the Michael Toyota diagnostic charge in full as well to take care of the inconvenience. But as far as your car battery going bad/defective that has nothing to do with what we did, (car alarm installation) because the car alarm had been removed completely months prior.( We never jump started your car FYI ) Im not sure where you received that info from. But Things do happen, and we took care of it all for you at the end of the day. Thank you.

Back in early January, I was told they were competent enough to install a high end aftermarket alarm (viper 5706V)for my new 2020 Supra. It took them a total of 2 days to attempt the installation for $1200. As soon as I got my car back an error code showed up on my dash. And the only thing they got working was the alarm (no remote start). Took my car back to the dealership to get the problem checked out, and turns out 559 blew a fuse attempting to jump my car battery. The owner was nice enough to refund the alarm and repay me back for the diagnostic Toyota charged. At first, 559 tried blaming how faulty these new cars can be. Update mid February:The car battery was pretty much completely drained. After I tested it and attempted to charge it. Note that I also brought it to OReillys to get it tested/charge. It cost me another $200 to get a replacement for the battery. Considering it was very new(maybe 2 months old) and Toyota had replaced it on the spot. If you have a new/luxury car, Id recommend avoiding this place. Youll save a lot of time, money, and headaches.
