If a negative star could be given thats where I would have ranked this place. I dont like wheeling and dealing with a group of liars. We spent $13,000 on oil the first purchase was over $4,000 and the 2nd was over $9,000. Given the amount we were spending we asked for 2 new shelves so we can display our oil inside the lobby. The agreement was even verified via text message between the sales rep Joey Oggier and our store manager. We are now going on our 6th week since our last purchase ($9,000) and am now being told by the GM Joe Rutter that we will not be receiving any shelves and that Mighty Auto Parts will no longer be doing business with A+ Auto Care moving forward. They lied to get the sale and are now punishing us after 15 years of services at this location.
Ok , so let me clear up the review below which I was forced to write by the owners at A+ Auto Care. Ive been doing business with Joe for over 10 years and he has always been honest, loyal and when these owners didnt took over this location Joe even allowed them to return filters purchased years ago by previous owner and this totaled over $1100. These pwners were never satisfied with anyone who wouldnt bow down to them and thats exactly what happened. Its not fair for Joe to jeopardize his job because of his loyalty and friendship to me. I have therefore removed my 1 star review which was posted at the same time as the one thats still up and the reason he had me do 2 reviews from 2 different accounts was to slander Mighty Auto Parts. So again I wrote the 1 star review for A+ Auto in fear of losing my job. I typed every lie listed under the 1 Star review. If you would like to verify location it was Meineke until December 2018. If I could delete that review I would but I cant so the only thing I could think of is the truth.
Ive been dealing with Mighty for 6+ years. Honesty & friendly people. Joey and Jason have always taken care of me. 5 star service and parts. I recommend to all people. -Emad Qudsi
