Worst customer service, no knowledge. Dismissive rude management. They get upset when you call them out on better deals. I Would never recommend anyone to do business with these people. The owner should be ashamed of his staff and i guess thats why they need to pay people to write good reviews. Buyers beware of this place. Visit other dealers and do your research online!

Left my car here for oil change there delivery guy side swiped my car not even 5 minutes after leaving!! No help what so ever from dealership and I still have to pay for my oil change. Youd think they look out for me for the inconvenience!!!

I had a great experience at Larchmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The salesman, Jesus was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient with any questions I had. He gave me an awesome deal on a 2015 jeep grand cherokee limited. I would highly recommend salesman Jesus and this location to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car.

They did everything I needed done...but OMG, it took 3.5 weeks to get our car back when the issue was that the seats wouldn't go back into place (on a 2-year-old car) -- apparently, from what I've read online -- a surprisingly common problem. They had to keep going back for parts. Needless to say, this was INCREDIBLY frustrating. Barbara did her best -- she was nice and got us a rental (not her fault it smelled like cigarettes). But honestly, this was an insane amount of time to be without our car.
