Was in the shop this afternoon and heard a employee there. He was Screaming profanities at someone over the phone and calling them a "retard". Extremely unprofessional work place and whoever was on the other side of the phone I feel sorry for. I will NEVER go back here again. 5 + years of my business and that's what's happening behind the scenes WOW

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. I get all of our clips and fasteners from Total, it really helps the bottom line. Their hinge kits work very well and I install tons of them. Highly recommend getting an account with them if you are in the vehicle repair business. DJ

Unsolicited phone calls that do not stop. I've asked numerous times to please remove from your call list and you do not. If I need you, I will certainly call you. Wouldn't do business with you just based on how the reps are that call us. Please stop calling us. Thank you.
