Since they will not let my mother post about her terrible experience, I will. This service was on 5/2. She had reached out about this experience, and was never contacted, then blocked from posting a Google review. First, when I was told about the cabin filter I was told I would get a $10 rebate from the $65, of which I didn't. There was a sign in the waiting room stating the rebate. I was told that the sign was old. Secondly, the guy that brought my paperwork and someone else's keys to me. I had to tell him twice that those keys were not mine. He never apologized. I don't receive points for my service? Why wouldn't I? I purchases my car with you and have been doing all of my services with you. Thirdly, the salesman that sold my car told me if I had any questions or concerns to email him. I purchased my car a few years ago. From time to time he emails me, usually around a holiday, possibly an automatic email. Well I emailed him and I never got a response. I call and leave voice-mail and never get a returned call. I've given up trying to contact him a couple years ago. Fourth, in April I had called to get tires, and I was hung up on. I called back with no apologies. I tried to get pricing on many tire options. I was told they didn't have any, and that nobody had tires. I called a Ford dealership and the gentleman was very patient with me, looked up dozens of tires, explained many things to me, AND ordered me tires, I spent over $1300. Your shop missed the sale.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Had problems with our new cruise. Pretty much turned us away at the door. Never will do business again. There are much better dealers in the area.
