I was having issues with my vehicle not turning off; I thought it was a recall issue and that is why I went three . The gentleman sitting at the service desk talked down to me and treated me very disrespectfully. He told me I could make an appt for a couple weeks away and it would cost an outrageous amount, and that was just to look at it. I was stressed since my car wasn't turning off. I went somewhere else and they figured it out in a matter of minutes. I have bought cars from there before and had work done there before, but NEVER again. I would give zero stars if I could.
