Terrible service! False advertising! Put an add on a site for a specific price then wouldn't honor it! The woman Lisa didn't know anything about anything whenever I asked questions. Don't go there! Only gave 1 star because I couldn't put 0 stars!

Under no circumstance should you use the service department here. Such a lack of professionalism from Anissa telling me its poopy what happened to me (warranty starter on back order ) theres no loaners and I was welcome to take my truck and get it running by hitting the starter if I wanted. After just explaining everything to Shiek the service manager he apologizes and says it may be the weather causing all the starters to go bad. Really? Never again. Ill pay a deductible to use my warranty elsewhere. Worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. *Edit* I called as asked and never heard back. Additionally, Shiek promised me a loaner vehicle would be available on Friday. Its Tuesday and heard nothing there either.

I recently purchased a Subaru through Rob Tremarco (AKA Robbie Pine Belt) and the entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Rob was professional, patient and kind every step of the way. He truly listened to all my car buying concerns and answered all my questions. I had my daughter with me and he treated her like a little princess throughout the process. I highly recommend Rob if you want a sales person that you can trust and who you can be sure has your best interests in mind at all times. My husband has since consulted with Rob on many occasions on a new car purchase and Rob has never once pressured him into a sale. He gives really good advice and we will surely come back when the time comes to purchase a new car again. Thanks Rob and Pine Belt for making the car buying process a breeze!

Honestly professionalism and follow up is at a loss with this dealership once the sale has been made. We were told someone would call us to schedule service, until we escalated and called multiple times no one reached out to schedule us. While apologies were made after displeasure was expressed it occurred again. We called and left multiple messages for an update on when we can pick up our vehicle and until we physically went to the dealer to inquire and express our concerns, we were ignored. The manager called the next morning and apologized, but again why does it take nudging before a common courtesy call is made. When we did drop off our loaner to pick up our car Jeep keys were given to us, we do not have a Jeep. I understand mistakes are made but the level of carelessness and lack of regard for customer concerns is completely unprofessional. Also our temps expire Sunday, I was told it can take this long, but again, never in my experience leasing has it taken this long for a new vehicle. I asked what do we do if they arent in, we dont want any issues if we are pulled over- the answer I received from the woman in the office was , No one will give you a ticket for that- Really? That is all I can say about that type of reply. They said the salesman would call us the next day and someone would follow up-big surprise no call. Another task we need to babysit because no one knows how to follow up unless youre pushy about it. While the Finance associate and Ken in Service were helpful-everyone else seemed either uninterested to help or provided brush off responses and didnt follow up. There are plenty of Dodge dealerships, like RT 18 or Freehold, do yourself a favor- go there instead.
