If you are Hispanic or if you are a young person or even a female with a baby own arms don't bring your car here, JULIE ESCOBAR she is a very two faced person and distressful person. Let me tell you why! I brought my car for check engine diagnostic and i completely understand there is cars before me and i got to wait, she had my car in the shop for more than 5 days and didn't even call me for updates, i had to call and she didn't even answer, well no one was answering at service. then i asked to a different sales person how much for the services i was requesting he said $150 and guess how much JULIE ESCOBAR charged me $175. which i said its fine, i wont trip its only 25 bucks more but you guys if you have different prices for different people, im so sure if i was a white rich male i would have giving fare pricing, and maybe a discount! i don't think that is okay. Then she tried to charged over $2000 for my car to get fix, well my 21 year old brother fix for it $200 including parts. I'm just woow!. The thing that bother me now is the way how she spoke to me when i went to pick up my car, she went from being nice because i had my car there and tried for me to pay the big money for repairs and when i said no thank you i will take the car home she was completely rude and raised her voice at me Infront of people, like i was she was the one with an attitude Infront of my child. JULIE ESCOBAR DONT YOU EVER TALK TO ME OR ANY OTHER PERSON LIKE THAT JUST BECAUSE WE DONT WANT YOUR SERVICES!! I'm a woman and have resources I'm not stupid i know a thermostat does not cost $2000, and because all of this and her, you will lose a loyal damn costumer that had change my oil there since 2017!

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with repairs. Avo in the service was extremely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure my service needs were met. He turned a 3week plus repair into just over a weekhe made things happen!!! He is the reason that I will buy all of our cars from Mark Christopher from now on!!
