First they told me that the extra charge I saw on the bill of sale was a typical conneticut fee, when in fact it was a dealer prep fee. Then, they tried to sneak by $250 in charges for nitric in the tires and etching the vin number on the window,which I never authorized. Then, dummy me I asked them to install a hitch, which I now realize they overcharged me by about $200. When I complained, the last words of the manager were "Go away." Never go to these "people."

Replaced brand new air filter when it should have been put back instead of changed. Less than 300 miles on brand new engine air filter.

The Service Department team at Devan Chevrolet Buick were great to work with. They were able to quickly fit me in due to an engine warning light and resolved the issue with prompt and courteous feedback as to a resolution.

Im historically not a fan of getting service done at a dealership but this place is the exception. After 3 years of excellent service they ordered an incorrect part for a problem my car was having. When they realized the error Mark called me, admitted the mistake, and refunded me for the part rather than installing it anyways as he certainly could have gotten away with doing. I appreciate the honesty, commitment to great service, and respect for my wallet that I always receive from the professionals here.

Rear brakes squeal. Reported it during service visit. Nothing done about it. Car has less than 10k on it and front brakes already replaced due to recall. Rear brakes still squeal - no recall, no fix. Thanks for nothing.
