Kiah, Just to be fair you had brought your car into us to remove the locking lug nuts and install the front license plate bracket. You had told me that you were trying to change the front brakes yourself due to noise but could not remove the wheels. You had purchased brake pads and had them in your car for me to possibly install. After finding the key for the lugnuts you had in your vehicle was the correct one we inspected your brakes. I informed you that your brakes had plenty of life left and if you were replacing them for the noise new brake pads would not solve the issue. You had glazed front rotors and due to them being Brembo rotors we do not recommend resurfacing them. The only way to get rid of the brake noise would be to replace the rotors. At no time did i say your brakes were bad i just gave you a solution to your noisey brake concern.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Took my car in to have a recall done, front license plate bracket and also inquire about having them install my brake pads. The first issue was when we called we needed to pay for the part up front....which wasnt an issue... That issue came when i received my credit card statement and found out i got charged more than what they said the charge was ( believe it was only about 10.00 more but that was not the point) the recall issue did get fixed so no complaints there... The service manager brandon had looked at my car and said i do not need new brake pads i only need rotors ... Which through a big red flag ... He told me it would only cost me 370 and my rotors couldn't be turned.... I went to my parents mechanic and my brakes were in good condition and i wouldnt need new rotors for another year to two years .... And its sad that brandon would try and screw me over when i have a 12 month old daughter with me and im a disabled vet... So thanks to him being dishonest i have to go all the way to tacoma ..... And im not afraid to hide who i am im the female that came in about a month ago in the evox WITH my daughter.... He did show me how to use my lock to unlock my wheels so i do appreciate that but thats it. To bad im a smart female and did not just say "" ok put rotors on and charge me 370.00 for them""
I wish I could remember everyone's name. I went in on Saturday October 20th to sell my 4runner and was greeted by Sal. Shook hands, drove my car, came back in with an offer and I agreed in less then 5 mins. He told me he was going to put the car on the lift to let the mechanic take a look at it to make sure everything is sound and he would get the paperwork ready. So far everything sounded awesome. 1 hour later I had to go up to him and ask what was going on? He told me they needed the payoff amount. I told him and then he gave me some paperwork to fill out. Then another hour passed and I had to ask what is going on again. He told me there were no mechanics that work saturday and nothing could happen. Now I am upset because I waited 2 hours and I saw him bs'ing around and chit chatting with others and he couldn't give me the courtesy and let me know so I could come back another time? He told me not to worry, they would get everything sqaured away Monday and I didn't have to come back since everything was pre-signed. Now the annoying part. It took 1 month before my financial institution got the payment, no problem. I called for the odometer sheet and they got it in the mail and to me in 3 days. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me out. Called on December 6th in regards to getting the difference paid to me and they told me they usually wait for the title to come before they send the check out. No problem. But the lady in the financial department assured me she would send the check out on the 7th. Week later and it hasn't come. I know their mail get to me in a timely manner since the odometer sheet got to me in 3 days. No call backs or updates. TL:DR Long process, Sales team and financial department are not transparent. Do not care about you.

I dealt with Maddie in service, she was very helpful, showed me all my options with service for my car, and helped me with a recall. Good attentive service!
I bought my car from Wesley Jordan at Peninsula Subaru two years ago and now I'm looking to buy a new one. I will absolutely be heading back to see Wesley as he was very professional and not pushy at all. He was really a pleasant guy to work with and got me just what I wanted.
This dealership is a POS. Their customer service is terrible, I should not feel like I have to take someone with car knowledge in with me to understand what you are saying. I may be a young woman but I am not stupid, and calling me Hun, Sweetheart, and Sweety is insulting. I do have a brain of my own that functions, Thank you. Last year right before a family vacation they changed my oil and forgot to put in new oil, so my entire engine was shot. I was stranded on the side a the road in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night with 2 small children. The only reason they even paid a portion to fix their mistake is because it was still under warranty. How does a service center not know who to change the oil? That is literally what they do.. all day... DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE AND DO NOT HAVE QUALITY SERVICE!!
