Swindled more than once, wont re code radio after spending 150$ for new battery w/o spending another 150$. Refuses to check check engine light w/o receiving 55$ to tell you how much you will be paying. In 6 months: $2000 minimum received. Hows that customer service?
Do not trust this dealership!! They are misleading and lie! If you stand your ground, they will even come to your work place to harass you. My daughter recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The car has been insured, but the dealership kept telling her the bank said they would not accept her insurance. The next story told by Robert at the dealership was they never even submitted proof of insurance to the bank. After being harassed at work, she talked to the bank directly and they received proof of insurance from the dealership and accepted it. Not only did they lie about the condition of the vehicle, they lied about the communication with the bank!! The manager also made the comment that since she was only 20 she didn't have common sense! When they sold her the car the fact she was 20 didn't matter! They are extremely rude! We will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!
Took the new car in for its first oil change. The car was spotless when I arrived. They finished their work and washed the car for me. Normally this would be a good thing but it was dripping wet, covered in mineral stains and there was a puddle in the floor mat. Very poor customer service.
