I approached this company initially on Facebook some months before moving into my home and 2 weeks before the Covid Lockdown. I approached him again via LinkedIn not realising we had spoken before. I got the impression that because he gave me a rough quote (I say rough because our requirements since then had changed entirely) in March, that he could no longer be bothered to quote us. He gave me a very basic price for something that wasn't what we actually wanted and seemed exceptionally high for simply one element of the 4 things we wanted. I also had to continue to chase him in order to get a response which is incredibly unprofessional. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend or go to again. Extremely expensive, charging over 1000 in labour costs despite his competitors charging around 500-700. Not the best customer service as he clearly isn't interested in new business or even discussing options.

Ahmet and his team were great! Arrived early and finished a 6 cam install by lunch. Very happy with the service received and quality of work. I would have no hesitation in recommending CCTV Aware.

If you want a hassle free, professional CCTV installation at a price thats right look no further than Ahmet at CCTV Aware. We had two separate CCTV systems installed in two different commercial premises, both specified perfectly by Ahmet for the different needs of each site. The quality of the install, signage and advice given on the day was superb. The actual CCTV equipment itself is fantastic simple to use with lots of features, with Ahmet choosing to use the best equipment based off his years of experience. If I wanted a CCTV system for home, CCTV Aware would be my first choice, by far.

If only all contractors were of the same calibre as Ahmet from CCTV Aware! He has fitted a comprehensive CCTV system with remote monitoring and wifi extenders, without fuss, without blinding me with incomprehensible jargon, and with a level of professionalism I would like to instill in my own staff. I have already phoned him about a minor glitch (my fault!) and his unfailing support and professionalism has continued in the aftersales setting too. I cannot recommend Ahmet and CCTV Aware highly enough. I am truly fortunate to have found him to fit our system, and will be recommending him to friends and colleagues. Thankyou! Simon
