I drove almost one hour and half from Brooklyn to come to this place with previous appointment and confirmation and found no one wait or know that wer coming, then we met a salesman really was so bad he didnt even wonne negotiate even with every other dealer offers, i waste my time in this place and it wasnt good, unfortunately i red the reviews before and didnt believe it.
Went in to purchase a Jeep Willys. Because the one we are looking for is hard to find, and they had it in stock, they were price gouging. When asked why it was $3000 over the sticker price, the salesman had a nerve to say, supply and demand. We walked out immediately;. Here we are trying to help the economy get back on their feet after this crazy time in the world, and DeCozen is there trying to take advantage of people. Such a shame.
Tom and the serivce team were able to get my Jeep in on Monday and have it done by Tuesday, while another big name dealership (where I bought my jeep) told me it would take two weeks to even look at my Jeep.
This place needs to be called De Con-Artist. They don't know the first thing about service. Why would it take 2.5hrs to get an oil change when allegedly I was the first appointment? And to have the woman say, yes that's typical when questioned. Why would an $89.99 oil change end up costing $135 after I was told that the normal charge would be $140? Why are they unable to show me on the bill the discount? I took my car there once before and they told me I had dry-rot on all 4 tires. I took it to the STS (they sell tires for a living) down the street and they said the tires were fine. I ended up getting another 2 years out of those same tires. These guys are the worst of the worst. They are the stereotypical rip you off, Jersey shore people that are indifferent at best and malicious most often. Whatever you do don't take your care here for service, EVER!
