Ill keep this short. I went in to Chevrolet in Glendora for an appointment to see a truck I was interested in on 11/17/18. The salesman (Sean) was great, even for his 2nd day working there. I went in, knowing my situation about trading in my car, confident I was going to come out with a new truck. That was not the case. The Manager and I sat down and talked numbers. I had an amount I wanted to pay as a monthly payment, but he came back with 1k+ payment! I told him I was not going to pay that much, and instead of him helping me, he was more concerned with what I was doing with my money by asking me many times What are you doing with your money brother? I felt that it shouldnt concern him with what I do, and after the fact that he was not willing to work with me or sale me a cheaper truck saying, nothing was going to work. I knew for a fact that, even with trading in my car, I was going to be able to get a truck at another dealer which is why I left. He wasnt helpful, nor did he seem to really care if he made the sale or not. I ended up going to a Ford dealer that same day where I got myself a brand-new truck nowhere near his numbers.

my family and I went to this dealership recently to look at a chevy Colorado. at first we were skeptical because of the color, but after taking a closer look we noticed that it wasn't that bad. the saleman was actually very helpful and straightforward. I was very straight with him and told him that the truck needed some running boards and a bed liner to protect the bed of the truck and in certain instances the dealership would "help" in adding that to the deal, especially since I had gone in with them and I had not tried to negotiate the price of the truck. I told him I had a preapproval from my bank and that I wanted to do it through that and he agreed. we went through the process and all but at the end they were adding almost 3k because of some security thing the the truck had and since were had brought our own financing that it was very unlikely they would remove that and in regards to the running board and bed liner, they said no, that we would have to pay out of pocket for that to what did not agree and decided to think about it. the next day to our surprise we were contacted to let us know that they would remove the almost 3k in ad ons, but they would "over"charge us $1550 for the running boards and bed liner, something that I looked it up and the running boards are approx $500 and the Berliner is $500 because I called, so even then they were overcharging me for that. I still went ahead and told the person to see what rate they would give me if they financed me and not till the next day did they gave me word that they still had not bounced me around banks, but by then I had already found a dealership that was giving us what we wanted at a more reasonable price. would I come back to this dealership for any reason ? NOPE they dresss up wanting to negotiate but at the end they don't. just waste time

Jorge Toscano at Glendora Chevrolet was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was persistent that I test drive the 2019 Silverado 1500 LT. I'm glad I took his advice and went for that test drive. I was sold the moment I took the helm. If it wasn't for him and the rest of the staff in sales and financing, I wouldn't be driving my new truck today. Lovin' it with no regrets. They had some promotional ad come to my house that said little to no down advertising $77 lease for a car they didn't have. I called the sales department to confirm little to no down on the offer and a sales lady confirmed and made me an appointment. I showed up and sat around for hours to get an offer of $188 monthly lease 10k miles (not to mention the average miles on a car is about 15k a year) a year (.25 cents per mile over 10k) with $2000 down not to mention closing costs, taxes ect ect. Looking at THOUSANDS 3-5 roughly. I showed the guy the ad and he shows me the fine print below the ad, you know, the kind that you need magnifying glass to read. Which it contradicts the ad, of course. I tell the guy I want the ad to which he returns from his boss with telling me that "we are so far apart from each other's wants, we can't do anything for you". I literally confirmed with a sales lady on the phone telling her I didn't want to waist my time coming down there to be told what I just was told. Why can't they just be forward rather than playing the smoke in mirrors act we all think of when we think of car salesmen.
