Called them up and didnt get a name just answered with deaver springs so thats the first sign of poor customer service. I wanted more information on which leaf pack would fit for me and I told the seller (no name) I have nothing in my truck bed but eventually would and which spring would be good for me and what is the inventory like? I wanted advice and some pointers that would help me decide on which pack I can go with and I didnt care about the price. All he kept telling was depends on the weight if we have it in stock. So I just said stage 2 and he gave me a condescending response with if your weight is 400-600lb then yeah it would work. I told him I would eventually have weight on the truck and I wanted to get more advice on how would it ride or if it would be okay to use that for now. But he just cut me off and said all I need is the weight, he didnt even bothered listening. So I guess I should get all that weight on the truck first before inquiring for inventory. But I dont want to do that. I guess you should know everything before hand, do youre own research. know the part number, the height, width, size, weight, blood type, SS, your own height, your own weight, any health issues, if you have Covid symptoms, and just order it online somewhere else so you dont have to talk to representative and get this service. Whats the point of talking to someone if all they know is what they have in stock and dont want to give advice. With all the good reviews, I mustve caught this guy on a bad day. By getting such poor customer Service this made my decision easier.

Dont stand behind the product they sell. For the price there's better companies out there that sell better products at a cheaper price and they stand behind what they sell.

Picked up a spring under axle leaf pack from these guys and I am very impressed with their customer service. Jeff handled everything over the phone professionally and was great to talk to. Joe had the leafs painted and ready to throw in the back of my ride when I pulled up. Highly recommend these guys for all leaf spring replacements.
