Rant time. In December we put a motor in our 07 Mitsubishi Endeavour. 6000 miles and 2 months later doing it again, luckly the motor was under warrenty through Yanceys on hwy 19. The warrenty is for a motor equal to or better than. The motor came with cut wires on the wire harness, hose that goes to the fuel rail cut off, dip stick smashed, all of this is imaged. We got the old motor out in 5 hours..... we got the new one in the suv in about 3.5 hours. The in between is what upsets me everything we had to take off our motor and put on this nee motor because of the carelessness of the employee who took it out of what it came out of took us 7 hours......yes 7 hours to take the broken stuff off the new one and replace it with the stuff on ours. Had we been paying someone the labor would of been HOURS added due to Yanceys poor decision and lack of employee care. Im not impressed. Cause as i said equal to or better the first motor did not come this chopped up, that time I had no complaints. The only thing better that made this motor acceptable was it has 5,000 less miles. Yes we could switch over hoses and stuff how ever some of it wasnt universal.

I can't speak to the quality of parts or service at Yancy. What I can say is they hire some extremely careless & reckless people to drive their trucks. Taking blind curves on the wrong side of the road. Passing uphill on double yellow lines. Tailgating. Wandering all over the road. Driving at 80+ on two lane country roads with speed limits of 55 MPH. They deserve a mandatory remedial drivers' ed class at best. License revocation and termination would be more appropriate.

Got the deal of a lifetime on a K20z3 engine and transmission. The most important thing to note about this place is how incredibly professional and legitimate this place is. This is not a dude selling wrecks out of his backyard, this is a serious salvage yard with great facilities and service. They told me the engine ran great and they were totally right. I highly recommend Yancey's.
