I have dealt with my fair share of car sales reps around the bay and by far Waylon Yu is the worst salesperson I've had the displeasure to deal with. This unprofessional individual truly embodies what a scumbag car salesman is, complete disregard of ethics and customer's satisfaction.

Very nice and clean store. Had a little request from their finance manager and she was very nice and addressed it on the spot. Great location, building with lots of character. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.
