They bait an switch, the boss gave me a written estimate of how much it would cost for them to do some after care work on my car however they charged me a lot . About a two to three period went by an I had to go back after my never having a problem radiator spring aleak . When I got their I asked one of the staff if they could also take care of the 75.00 after care we had discussed before he wanted to charge me over 600 for that. When I told him ooo no that's to much upon the inspection of the radiator leak I dont think I had an they did something to make sure they got that 600 plus they charged me yet another 800 plus dollars to replace my radiator. They are a rip off company I feel they took total advantage of me. An I had just gotten my stimulus it went all to them an then some. I requested that the owner contact me . I never recieved a call . I would not recommend them to anyone. I am afraid of them at best.

Got a inspection done on my car, they suggested an engine rebuild. Price was really expensive and they wernt sure that would be all that the problem was and what the car needed. So i didnt get the work done there.

These people answered all my questions when I called and did not have an attitude. Friendly and Welcoming! My car needed a lot of fixing and they went above and beyond. I had to take it back for a readjustment and they gave me a free alignment for my troubles. I had an issue that three other mechanics could not fix and Eddie's did. Also when the others, needed me to bring back my car since they had to order the parts, these guys at eddie's got it the same day. my car was ready the next day. incredible. Raymond was helpful with answers and got everything done as promised. I highly recommend them.

Eddie and his crew are good people. Putting a bad starter in my car is a mistake I guess any shop can make but what was bad for me was when I called and talked to Alfredo about it he argued and acted like it might not be their fault and I was so worried all night that they might not take care of it. Jim would have just said don't worry about it Jackie just come in and we'll take care of it and it would've been fine. Everything turned out fine his mechanic realized they put a bad starter in and they replaced it and I'm on the road! Thank you for making it right.
