Rude staff, and the people that work in their service departments are uncaring and unresponsive. I brought in an original manufacturers key to have it cut and programmed. They charged me $61 to program it and it didn't even work. They're scam artists don't go here unless you want to be robbed by them. EDIT: Just called today asking for a supervisor, Justin from the service side answered the phone and instead of helping me try to get a refund or speak to a supervisor he was very rude to me. I get called "stupid ass" and "punk" then hung up on. Real professional.
I'm so upset over buying from this Dealership , I had a good sales men Gary it was late in the buying process that night I asked to return the next morning to clean out my trade they agreed . I RETURNED the next morning cleaned out my car I had a Launch Money bag to gather up change I had Two very old coins that my mom left me when she passed away sadly being a mom and rushing to get back home I left the bag in the car 3 days later I noticed I left the bag I called and spoke to Gary who said he would look and return my call now this morning I called to check he stated it was not in the car I called back to speak with a manager over this for some help in returning my belongings the man claimed to be the owner he stated it was my FAULT for leaving this in the car and to bad to sad ! He have gave me no options on him even speaking with his detailer ! As a customer ! I'm sadden for this horrible neglectful response by a so called OWNER !! Not the response or attitude that a OWNER should ever give ! I do NOT know if he was the real owner . I want the 2 old coins back !! My mom wanted me to have them I deserve to have them they are MINE !!
My daughter and I had a great car buying experience at Parks. Diego and Adam were fantastic to work with, along with the rest of the Parks team. We never felt pressured to buy which was a main reason for purchasing from them. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the next few months and they will be my first stop. My daughter is back at college with her new ride and loving it! Thank you!
WARNING BAD REPAIR AND MANAGEMENT. They replaced a computer for $800 in Oct 016. It's now early Feb 017. Same crap. Same incompetence. Four days and waiting for diagnostic and they've dealt with problem hundreds of times. 2000Town and Country lemon.
