The service department at this location for Land Rover is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have been waiting for the service representative to contact me for a week and they have not bother to return any calls. I am still waiting for the service department to contact me a week later, when they stated they would call and update me last week. Not the service you would expect from a Land Rover dealer. Completely Disappointed with the Service Department in this location!

We couldnt be happier with our experience. Johnny the manager reached out to us due to us searching on their website. Lorenzo jaquez was our car salesman he showed us my wifes dream suv. We were able to work out a deal in minutes. Jeff walker the finance manager was excellent and explained everything in detail before signing. Vanessa did a great job showing us all the features the velar has. 5 star experience all around.

Beware when you take your vehicle for service. My vehicle has been there for months due to a mechanics incompetency and Jaguar/Land Rovers inability to obtain parts.
