My wife had scheduled a convertible top repair and a service when she picked up the car the top was repaired but they had forgot the service so now at some point she will have to make another trip back when she was not too happy about

I recently inquired about a BMW M4 on Friday September 20th and was told the vehicle was sold. On Saturday September 21st Nelson from Bentley Parsippany called to inform me that the sale had fallen through and that the vehicle was now available. I visited the dealership on Saturday afternoon to look the vehicle over. On Monday I spoke to Nelson and informed him that I'd like to have a pre-purchase inspection done prior to purchasing the vehicle- he agreed. I scheduled the inspection for this morning 10AM- Nelson had the vehicle sent over to the garage. The inspection was completed (I covered the cost). At the conclusion of the inspection I contacted Nelson to inform him that the vehicle checked out. I then secured the necessary financing and notified Nelson as such at 2:44PM and asked that we meet. At 4:50PM today he informed me that he had sold the car. No first right of refusal, not even a phone call. Now I'm out the money for the inspection, the time I spent securing the loan and the car. Interestingly enough the GM Jim Caruso emailed me this morning at 10:15AM EST thanking me for my inquiry, I emailed back no response. Now when I call he's in a 'meeting'. Avoid this dealership. Poor representation of an iconic brand. I've read your reply below and it's inaccurate. I was not afforded the opportunity to discuss price and was prepared to pay the full asking price of $43,888. If Nelson had extended me the courtesy of a phone call he would have uncovered that and the car would have been sold. Let's not pretend this was price driven in order to save face- again this was mismanaged on your end period.

Worst experience of my life! I called ahead of time to come see a Jeep and when I got there they made me wait 2 hours before I even got to test drive the truck meanwhile employees are outside smoking not taking care of the customers! I went back the next day so my stepdad can look at the engine work. The dealer printed the wrong price on the window ($23,000) but on the computer they had it as ($25,000) and they didnt want to honor it so even though I gave them a deposit for $23,000 they had no intentions on selling me this Jeep. They still had people test driving the jeep I had a deposit on and never submitted my papers so that I could get a loan. After I was tired of the games and said I wanted my money back they told me my $1,000 was nothing to "Paul Miller". Then took over a week to give me my money back and I finally got it back because I threatened to go there with a lawyer! DO NOT GO HERE OR BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH SCAMMERS! NOTHING BUT NASTY ATTITUDES! NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS! DOES NOT KEEP THEIR WORD! NOTHING BUT LIARS!
