Service department is a awful. If you break down, don't expect to get your vehicle serviced anytime soon. You can expect to wait 3 months or longer. They don't return calls either. Once they sell you a vehicle they don't care if it runs or not.
Mr. Robbins - thank you, first of all, for bringing this to our attention. We are disappointed we have missed the mark in regards to your experience with our service center. Let me get this in front of our GM, and again, we apologize for not giving you a 5* experience.

Worst experience dealing with what should be a luxury dealership that should provide a luxury experience. Service department is total garbage. Cannot meet completion times that THEY set and now cannot say when they can have the work done. Was told the car should be finished last Friday and I totally understand that things happen sometimes and didnt mind waiting until Monday for the work to be completed. Now its Monday and not only is the vehicle not ready, but they cannot even say when they can complete the work? What a joke.

Had a great time checking out the new Land and Range Rovers. We came to test drive one but were intrigued by another. Glad we did! We had a great time talking to our salesman and thoroughly enjoyed the test drives.
Mrs & Mr Gibson, I address both because we initially talked to Mr Gibson and later talked to you. He only asked us to diagnose. After diagnosis we discovered that your vehicle has water damage and that has corroded the electrical system. We cleaned some connections up and got it running and discovered that you needed to replace the shifter assembly that comes with a new switch that it needs and it would need further diagnostics after that. You all declined any additional work that was needed and just wanted to take it as it is. You were made aware there is no guarantee that its going to stay running if we werent allowed to fully rectify its issues.

Terrible service all the way around. Would never recommend them. I took my LR3 in for an issue. They assured me they fixed the problem. I paid the bill and went to leave. Car starts doing all the same things. I ask what I paid them for, they dont have a solid answer. As were driving the car home we realize the hood isnt latched down. Then when I call to speak with someone to gain clarity on what I paid them for, no one will return my calls. Very sad way to do business
