Only reason they got 1 star is because Peter and Anthony (in service) were helpful. I brought my vehicle in the girl that answered the phone I guess she was a receptionist was rude and couldn't care less about the issue that I was having when I told her I could barely drive my vehicle. Then when I got there they didn't have any cars which I know is BS, and then they couldn't bring me to a rental car place either. The next day I tried to call to check on the status of my car but no answer I had to go there and big surprise that the girl wouldn't answer the phone because she didn't want to take my calls, and she refused to get my car into the shop that day. Peter got my car in on Monday after we spoke on Monday afternoon, and it was fixed within 2 hours. That place has gone downhill.
The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly.
If you're going to buy or lease a Jeep, go no further: contact Christina Granchelli at this dealership, and you will always get the BEST deal - always. And their service department is excellent.
After a few months of searching for a Jeep for my mother, I found one at this dealership that met all of her requirements. Orlando was on his way out for the day but greeted and assisted us. He's bilingual which was a pleasant surprise for my father, made the process super easy! My mother loves her new car, thank you!
Always hate to see a 1 star review, but as we've discussed with you several times already the factories were closed due to the pandemic and are now operating at limited capacity with strict health and safety guidelines in place. There is nothing we can do to speed new inventory along at this time unfortunately, but we will continue to keep your family up to speed. Thank you for your time and your business. Stay well.
