Bought a dodge charger hellcat from dealership, their finance person lied and told me the extended warranty could be returned at any time and if no claims were made a full refund would be received. I recently sold the vehicle only to find out that the extended warranty started on day 1 (even though the vehicle comes with a manufacturer's warranty) and that I would only receive $2,600 of the $4,000 spent on the extended warranty. I then called and spoke with Tony (Finance Manager) who told me that he would meet me in the middle and would just need to confirm with the owner. Today I finally got a hold of Tony, after 6 weeks of trying to get a call back and leaving him voicemails, for him to say my owner said we aren't going to do anything. It is BAIT AND SWITCH tactics like this that make buying cars a terrible experience. Apparently $680 is worth more than a customer willing to buy $75K+ vehicles from your dealership. Wanted to add an update - Tony has not reached out to me at all, as the dealership's comment below suggests. There have been no attempts to resolve this issue.
Deceptive Advertise. Very rude most of the staffs there especially the Manager Adam. After pointing out their price cheating, they told you to get out. Similar horrible experience as described in many other reviews. Not looks like a normal car dealer. Maybe all of them co-own the dealership such that they do not care. Why such very rude staffs are kept there? Does not make any sense to a normal business.
The person who helped up pick out the car was nice, no high pressure talk. He made sure to show us all of their inventory of the type of car we were looking for, including taking us to a off-site storage lot. Overall, a good sales experience.

Underhanded dealer addons. Charlie wanted to kill a 6 figure deal because he refused to take them off the vehicle which were ALL scams. Anti theft stickers for $800? A GPS tracker for $1800? I ended up sending an email to the CEO to inform him of what was going on at this location and only when he reached out to them to take them off did they agree. Did not matter however. They found a way to kill the whole deal for $1k. $102k deal killed for a difference of $1k.. Waste of time with this place. The deal was doomed from the beginning because they are greedy and do not care one bit about their customers. You are a meat sack with a wallet attached. I feel bad for the salesperson who apparently loses more deals because of this management than he makes. NEVER again will I entertain speaking with any of them. What is the real shame is that the CEO is obviously a stand up guy. He just has no idea what these clowns are doing to the image.
