I purchased a 2011 impala Lt from this location and within the first month (January) of having the car my service airbag light started blinking and the steering wheel started making a whining noise and the seat-belt alert stop working and works when it wants to. I contact the sales person that sold us the car, I didn't take the car back until the first of march when I had to pick up my plates and they refused to fix the car because they said I should have bought the car back asap when the problem first happen. But I explained to them that I called and told the sales person what the problem was, and was told to bring it in as soon as I got a chance. Nothing else was wrong with the car but the problems that I had already explained to the sale person and still they said I have to pay for the problems that was wrong with the car because I didn't get and extended warranty on the car that was never offered. This place is crooked and the people that works their is just as crooked. They put you in a car that already has something wrong with it and try and make you pay for it. I refused to pay for something that should have been under the factory warranty. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A CAR FROM CLAY COOLEY IN ARLINGTON NEVER!!!!
How often does a sales experience go well, rarely. But I found a terrific salesperson who listened to my needs without forcing options, and was forthright and honest. Above and beyond customer service. They worked with my budget and got me into a vehicle without surprises. Everything was presented honestly and truthfully.
Not a pleasant experience. Very nice people working but deals are bogus. ALL please take my advice and do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, they are conniving.
