It is correct that we have a direct repair service with your Insurance Company and we were able to repair everything authorized and related to the loss. Unfortunately, we are also limited to repairing only what the Insurance authorizes as related to the loss. I am very sorry we could not make you happy Jeanne.

I brought my vehicle there because they are in contract with My insurance company. They would say one thing to me and another thing to the insurance. They make a lot of money off referrals from insurance and they definitely have the insurance companys best interest not what actually happened to your car to get it fixed. They are nice to your face but its another story what I found out they tell the insurance. I ended up having to take my car to another location and the work that they did do has to be fixed! Additionally, they dont return your calls for days while they have your vehicle. Worse experience ever and would definitely tell people not to go there. I dont like it when they take advantage of people! Horrible experience.

Im very sorry we couldnt make you happy. We both know its not our workmanship your upset with, its because we couldnt talk the insurance company into replacing your mirror because it had a stone chip on the cover. Your car has a lifetime warranty on our workmanship so please know that we stand behind that. You are welcome to bring it back if there are any flaws in our repair.

The worse experience I have ever had with a body shop. I had to remove my car from their business and take it to another shop. They replaced my windshield with the incorrect one which ruined my electrical and the new shop has to replace it. When they replaced my windshield with the wrong one they broke my molding that surrounds it and glued it back on instead of replacing it so it flew off as I was driving down the freeway. They seem nice, but obviously dont know what they are doing and will take advantage of you. I definitely dont recommend them and would tell people to go elsewhere. Its sad that you cant trust them to do the right thing......if you break stuff on the car you dont just glue it to fix it, you replace it with one that isnt broke......Do Not Go Here!

Jim Tatroe, the body shop manager, is extremely rude and incompetent. Gives the business a terrible vibe. Is rather pay more somewhere else for better service.
